This gallery in Los Angeles, holds this exhibition, once every year.
I came across -FORM gallery, Perth, Australia, part of "Divergence: Photographs from elsewhere", group exhibition of Australian and International photographers at Foto Fringe/Foto Freo in 2012. "As I traveled through my journey as a photographer, on several turns I came across unknown people who triggered in me an impulse to release the shutter, capturing a page out of their lives. We would probably never come across each other again but the fact remains that one candid moment out of their lives has been a part of my photography collection."
~Beyond the Shadows- Fund raising solo exhibition- India habitat center & select citywalk, New Delhi, 1st-10th July 2011. This exhibition was organised in collaboration with navjyoti India Foundation, an NGO run by Dr. Kiran Bedi in Delhi. The works included both framed prints as well as canvases in different sizes and textures.
~Keeping up Appearances- exhibition of human forms - august 2010. This was the first Nude Photography exhibition of Munish Khanna in Delhi at Galeria De Arte, O Palacio, by Nakul Sen, Opp DLF Place Mall, Saket. All the photographs are on archival paper and shot with medium format phase One - Mamiya. Munish Khanna’s work is a clever interplay of lights, materials, lines and curves, making it entirely open to the individual to experience and perceive.
~Indian Photography Today AM gallery Brighton, United Kingdom. The Exhibition showcased the diverse works of 10 Indian photographic artists - Sephi Bergerson, Prarthane Modi, Tom Pietrasik, Vikas Dutt, Munish Khanna, Payal Shah, Kishore Vij, Raj Suri, Rafique Sayed, and Vikram Bawa. The exhibition was on from the12th to 24th of April 2011 at AM Gallery, Brighton, London. Indian Photography Today showcases the diverse works by 11 Indian Photographic artists. Documentary work from Indian depicts various aspects of the society, including shifting culture and urbanization, while fine art photographers present lyrical pictures that focus on the poetic details of daily life as well as abstract photographs exploring the beauty of non-fugurative art. Photography is flourishing as ab art form in India today and is an important medium to record a country undergoing vast change, caught between it's centuries old traditions and modernisation. But the Indian Photography today exhibition proves that contemporary Indian photography is not only historical documents of a changing land : Indian artists of today interpret the medium from a new perspective and their images are now being assessed for their artistic value.
~Lets rebuild Ladakh- Fund raising exhibition for the victims of Leh cloudburst at select city walk mall, new delhi, september 2010 The proceeds from the sales were directly sent across to Ladakh through an NGO, Ritinjli and the exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Kiran Bedi
~Wide Angle-fine art photography exhibition by wonderwall at Alliance Francaise de Delhi featured two nude photographs by Munish khanna (2009)
Munish Khanna's photography series on religious faith and abstracts are a part of photography collections in different areas of Max Hospitals in Delhi.
