The Making of "Unsung Heroes" trailer / Film - One of the first things which started before the actual work on "Unsung Heroes" was this film. Anish wanted a trailer for the show. one option was to show the actual rehearsals but things are different when on stage as compared to the rehearsals. So we planned to Shoot the very basic concept and idea of the show on one Performer. Shot it on a barren land with multiple cameras along with some specific lens-camera techniques which conveyed the feeling and mood of this Film. The message which Anish wanted to express through his choreography was supported through camera techniques and Lighting along with crisp editing of the final film. We had shot enough to put together 2 different films and I am sure we still have enough raw footage that one more version of this film can be created.

Over a hundred years have passed since the Great War rattled humanity and yet no one really knows of them. 
UNSUNG HEROES is a choreographic portrayal of the intense experiences of these soldiers as they fought in the trenches in Europe. It focuses on the internal trauma and memories, recounting their stories through a choreographic journey.

The inspiration stems from a series of letters sent and received by the Indian soldiers during the war.
